ONLINE Abstract Submission guidelines
General comments

Abstracts submitted should be original scientific or technical work that has not been published in peer-reviewed journals.

All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by members of the Abstract Committee and the chairs of the Mini-Symposium where the abstract might be orally presented. The best abstracts will be selected for oral presentation, unless the authors specifically request a poster presentation.

The remaining abstracts that are accepted will be presented as posters in sections according to topics.

All accepted abstracts will be published in Tissue Antigens and will be distributed to all participants of the conference.

On the abstract submission page, you will find the following fields:

Title: the title is limited to 160 characters including spaces. Please avoid abbreviations in the title.

Preferred presentation: here you must choose between oral presentation, poster presentation and no preference.

Preferred topic: you have to choose between the ten topics proposed, or indicate “Other”, if your abstract corresponds to none of the topics indicated.

Alternative topic: you may indicate a second choice of topic. This will help the organisers to group the oral presentations and posters into appropriate sessions or poster display sections.

Keywords: you must choose at least one keyword. This will serve for indexation of the abstracts.
